+ Good layout and easy to use remote control.
The consept of an all in one DVD/VCR with one touch copying facility is a great idea.

- The instruction booklet is very poor. It often refers to "more info on page x", but the page refered to does not have anything to do with the subject. You are also left fumbling in the dark trying to find how parts work. But bash enough buttons on the remote and you get there in the end.

+ I FOUND IT VERY EASY TO WORK.

- I FOUND IT A BIT BEMUSING DOING THE ONE TOUCH COPY VHSTO DVD.

+ Cheap

- Poor recording quality on VHS with playback problems.

- Build quality,it wouldn't play video tapes at all!

+ Would have been a good machine if it did what it said it did.

- Would not record from tape to dvd and when speaking to Daewoo technical department, it was a fault with the hardware that they knew about!!! Why did they not correct it then and recall all the machines out there? We had three of them and then gave up. Apparantly, it only likes one type of disc that we could not track down. Bizarre.
