+ Fridge compartment is a good size. External controls a good feature.Filtered water tastes like it was bottled.

- Freezer compartment not as large (separate chest freezer needed for larger family). Door shelving not capable of taking a 4 pint milk carton. Glasses need to be held very close to ice/water maker,so as not to spray all over. All in all very minor complaints.

+ Great value, looks and easy to use.

- Ice comes out at several different angles as does the crushed ice but i will live with it!!

- not enough pipe to plumb in only enough room in kitchen to put on other wall

+ Sleek and trendy! Use the water dispenser every day! So easy to set up, teperatures are preset! Food stays fresh in the bottom drawer much longer, too.

- As this is narrower than my last fridge, it could do with another shelf. I would prefer drawers in the freezer rather than shelves, but I am sure this is just personal preference.

+ Great stylish looks. Huge fridge capacity. The cold water and ice making facility are great...especially for getting the kids to drink more water!! Excellent visibility within the fridge and freezer, so nothing gets lost!

- Freezer could do with being bigger, or better shelf layout. The freezer side wouldn't be any good for someone who likes to buy large lumps of meat, or freeze pre made dinners.

- The bottom freezer drawer is an awkward shape and doesnt pull out very well

+ I like the sleek look of the fridge freezer and the overal storage space in the fridge and freezer is great, it has a light which comes on in the freezer when door is open which is good, my husband enjoys playing with the water/ice dispenser!

- The user manual for first time use of ice dispenser isnt great, there is actually a reset button on the box in the freezer which isn't mentioned anywhere in the manual but other than that its great.

+ Looks great when installed. Fridge compartment very spacious. Cubed ice dispenser excellent. Feels very solid and shelves are toughened glass not plastic. Very good door storage.

- Filtered water dispenser not very chilled. Water filter cartridges are way too expensive. The crushed ice isn't as crushed as I would have liked. The operating instructions are very poor. Not as much space inside freezer compartment as I would have hoped but this is the trade off for having an ice dispenser.

+ You can get lots of your food in the fridge and the 2 compartments for the veg is really big and has settings high to low and since getting the product my electricity bill has not went up so it is good for energy consumption. We also had guests over and the amount of ice that we managed to get from the machine was great.

- The freezer could be slightly bigger.

- perhaps the freezer could have been a little bigger that did'nt worry me as I have a chest freezer as well but I really cannot fault it at this stage.

+ Quiet, spacious refrigerator storage area, water and ice at the touch of a button and a neat little light that lights up the water/ice shelf when you use it. Looks great in black.

- Freezer side could be bigger, drawers are a little awkward to open and close at first. Some refrigerator door shelves are too small for a full sized bottle.

- Fridge space much bigger then freezer. We wanted the opposite but all manufacturer's seem to be the same.
Crushed ice is good but some misses glass and goes on the floor

- Freezer does not hold any more than a half and half normal fridge freezer.
Also make sure you put it near your water supply because if you dont and your kitchen is bigger than about 10ft by10ft then the kit that comes with it probibly wont reach meaning the water/ice dispenser doesn't work.

The amount of storage in the fridge is fabulous for a family of 4 - the freezer is a little small but we have an additional freezer for extra frozen food!
We choose the colour black which looks amazing in the kitchen!

- Finish not great, edges at the tops and bottoms of the doors are miss matching with a bit rough or thrown together feel. The protective film is trap under the water/ice dispenser and some of the door fittings which have to be taken off and replaced to get the plasctic out. I hope that doing this myself does not void the guanrantee

- Wish the freezer was bigger and the fridge smaller! Water dispenser drips lots after use so you have to keep an eye on the spill tray alot. The water filter is positioned in the wrong place as it makes the fridge stand out another couple of inches from the wall.

- Would like the fridge temp to go a little less. Temp goes down to 2 degrees(max).
Like my milk ice cold so have to pop it in the freezer for 10 mins prior to b/fast.(but thats just me)

- filter fittings a bit unsecure be careful when turning on the water after plumbing in turn the tap on slowly as to much pressure will make the filter fall off the back...and freezer capacity could do to be a bit more but overall an excellent fridge

+ Sleek and fashionable, looks lovely in the kitchen. Wonderful to have cool water and ice on demand especially as i have three older teenage chidren. The fridge has plenty of storage space and the freezer although smaller than i thought has adequate storage for week to week shopping as long as you have access to a larger facility overall (i have chest freezer in the garage). Excellent value for money.

- A little noisy but you get used to that. The ice sometimes shoots out too quickly, difficult when younger children are using it.

- The only problem I have is the black shiny finish on the front of the exterior, it scratches very easily, even when great care is taken to dust it or to gently wipe away water spills. It looks great but has to be treated very carefully and I worry that it won't look good for too long. The sides are finished in a nice robust material.

+ Very roomy, great colour, quiet, and easy to use. Highly recommended due to kids can't get enough of the ice and water! Easy to plumb in if you know how. Just adds that finishing touch to the kitchen....

- Not actual bad points - but had to take the doors off to get it through back door (like most people have), but well worth having to do it, and also shows fingermarks due to the finish.

+ Fridge looks great and the ice dispenser is very good if not a little bit messy once it has had a few days to build up a good amount, I would have thought the water was chilled but again after a few days its not bad and the addition of the ice makes it splendid. I am not yet sure about the energy consumption but it has to be better than the one it has replaced... We could do with a little more room in the freezer but its a small price to pay for the ice dispenser. The kids love it(so do I)........
