Easy and simple to use - nothing fancy - does "what it says on the tin"! Just wanted something simple because from experience the more technology there is on the product the more than can be wrong! Our last White Knight dryer lasted about 6 years without any problems, so wanted another White Knight because of the reliability & simplicity. It was a toss up with this and another Zanussi one (I also trust this make because our washing machine is Zanussi and this is over 6 years old and still going strong - not once did it break down) but the particular Zunussi model had drying sensors and a couple of other things which I thought may go wrong over time so stuck with the White Knight. Seems very reliable so far and the condenser is brilliant as it saves us from sticking a hose out the window - not a good idea at this time of the year (December 07) given the cold!
Also, the external vent thing (can't remember what its called) that you find at the bottom left of the dryer is fully removable so can be cleaned under a running tap (something they recommend you do every 2 months I think) - this is really a good thing because on our last White Knight we couldn't remove it so occasionally the excess lint and fluff would block it and would trip the safety cut off switch at the back of the dryer and then you had to stick a knife in the vent gaps to clear the fluff - bit time consuming - so the removable vent "thing" is very useful - haven't tried it yet though!
So far clothes have come out nice and dry without any problems.
-
Not many so far to be honest. It's a little noisier than expected but we've got used to it now (after a month) and possibly it takes a little longer to dry than expected...but that may be because its got a greater capacity (7kg) than our previous one so we tend to put a lot more clothes in one go!

It does the job it requires to do and the reasonable price for a condenser dryer is good value. Having the water tank to empty at the top is very useful and easy to do.

Not so keen on the 'folding' fluff filter but not a really bad point as very accessible.

It can be plumbed in. The supplied waste pipe is small enough to squeeze in to the washing machine drain. This means you dont need a plumber to install and you dont need an air vent pipe through your wall or window either.
Its very simple to use. Your only options are High/Gentle heat and cycle time. Its also extremely lightweight for those of you who might need to move it.
Its very cheap (especially if you use a cashback site and/or discount codes)
-
Its vey noisy - You would not want it in your kitchen, but fine in a utility room. It also gives off a lot of heat on the high setting. I sometimes put a clothes airer full of wet synthetic clothes next to it and get those clothes dried too.

Price, size of the load, ease of use, reverse action for less creasing, temperature settings. It seems to use less electric than my previous dryer so therefore is used more, giving me less ironing too. I am also pleasantly surprised at the amount of moisture collected, rather than dispursed into my kitchen causing condensation.
-
It is very noisy, but not sure if that's because of being stood on a tiled stone floor. I am concerned about the door catch as there is no release button, so you have to just pull it open and I have wondered about how this will wear and tear.

This machine is very inexpensive and good value. It does what it says and dries the clothes very well in a reasonable time. the drum is a good size and the filter and water container are easy to empty. I have had expensive tumble driers in the past which have not lasted more than 4 years so I decided this time to buy one based on price only and so far I have no real complaints it dries the clothes as well as the expensive models.
