+ The drier is good for me because it occupies a small spae in the flat, yet is efficient.

- You need to explain how to assemble the hose a little better. The use of the hose is not very common, and needs to be explained better

+ Don't know whether this is a good point or a fault but it seems to get much hotter than the last one and therefore the clothes take a much shorter time to dry!

- Well, I have only had to buy a new one because the previous one only lasted three years and it would have been prohibitive to have had it mended. The new one is exactly the same except that the time dial works in the opposite direction which fooled me to start with.

+ compact tumble dryer for occasional use. straight forward and drys well. also comes with venting hose which some don't.

- like most small tumble dryers not got a good energy rating. no other bad points

+ New model has extended timer, its of an appropriate size and for the money does a very good job. No casters on the new model, which is great because it does not move with the vibration of use.

- Filter clogs rather quickly. Could do with it being a little quieter

+ Fits into the available space and dries most things in 20 - 30 minutes.

- Easy to accidently knock on the starter switch, which then has to be turned all the way round to stop it. The older model worked the opposite way round (lowest amount of time first)
