+ Nice screen, good video support.

- Touch bad is not as easy to use as a button, sound quality is nowhere near as good as my old Iriver, lacks any real bass.

+ Plays Divx video files

- Touch pad can be a little over sensitive

+ Being able to convert videos so that you can play them on the media player.

- When shutting down then restarting the player, it doesn't take you to the last album played, only the last track. So you have to go through the menu, which can be annoying.

+ For the range of features it offers you can't beat it on price. The video playback is very attractive.

- The controls are very awkward and take some getting used to. The unit is fragile and I had to buy a third party protective case just to feel confident moving it around at all. The battery needs to be recharged quite frequently, even if you are just listening to music at a sensible bit rate.

+ Portability, Sound Quality, Price

+ Stores LOADS of music, looks good, very portable

- supplied headphones NAFF, playlists and files difficult to organise - even with PC

+ All my friends have ipods, when looking around for an mp3 that would do what i wanted the visonM when i compared it to all the other comparable mp3's, was just better. The fact that it comes with extra features like radio, microphone, you can play music of different formats( unlike the ipod) and the fact that it plays and stores a large amounts of video makes this a really complete package for the money, compared to the the more widely sort after ipods. In my veiw this is a really well thought through product and i would not hesitate to buy one again. And the quality of the screen was better than an ipods too.

- Not as slim as the comparable ipod but then it does more and is by no means chunky!!! And just like the ipod scratches a little too easily:<

- Doesnt support other formats like OggVorbis. Poor PC interface program. Seems to crash if you try to charge and listen at the same time.

+ creative kept up its good repution on sound quality

- head phone jack - worth considering making it a 'L' shape rather that strainght as its kind of 'stick' out
