Fits comfortably in top pocket. Easy to use and has a simple menu system. Good sound quality.

Care must be taken when uploading individual, varied, music tracks as multiple albums are named automatically, depending on track info'. Careful editing of track info', on your PC, can overcome this, if you want all of the tracks in the same 'Album' - ie. 'Pop Classics' or 'Easy Listening' etc.

Have to use their own software to update it which all creative players have. Cannot just drag and drop.

I like the way this item looks and feels. It is certainly protable and very easy to use (although I don't use all the facilities that are available!)

I like the look of the product. I think the sound quality is good. The software that came with it was really easy to use.

I find it difficult to find a charger that is compatible with this product. I'm trying to avoid having to purchase the highly priced Universal Adapter Charger. I already think I've spent enough on this product, the charger should have been part of the package.

Does exactly what you want in an MP3 Player.

Joystick is slightly fiddly.

The product is generally good quality and value for money.

The player will be unusable if the battery is allowed to fully discharge, unless an approved Zen V mains charger is purchased additionally.
