+ i absolutely love it, the sound and vision quality is exceptional, it is small enough for me to put in my tunic i wear for work so that i can listen to it at lunch time. i love being able to use it as a digital phot album too
- i still struggle to figure out how to stop a song, i sometimes end up turning it off then back on, i'm sure its very simple. i was frightened that i would damage it as it is so shiny so i bought a protective rubber skin for it off ebay, works a treat but the screen is still exposed.

+ Size of the screen is large when you consider the size of the product. Very portable. Supports a lot of video formats. Expandable memory. Nice design.
- Videos need to be converted before it is viewable on the zen. For some reason the zen needs to be connected to a computer to encode videos.

+ The size is excellent I can fit it in my handbag when i'm out and about shopping. I can also put it in my pocket when walking the dog it's an excellent all rounder sound, vision,size and value for money.

+ Absolutely brilliant. The amount of memory is large for an MP4 player, which is not an ipod. I will recommend this product to anyone wanting to by an MP4 player.

+ VERY EASY TO USE.SELF EXPLANATORY.
- AFTER A MONTH OF USING IT IT BEGINS TO SWITCH OFF AUTOMATICALLY.ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PRESS THE RESET BUTTON.AT TIMES IYOU BECOME FRUSTRATED BECAUSE THIS SHOULDN'T BE HAPPENING THIS EARLY.
