+ the mp3 was ok
- it was a night mare to down load it lost a lot of settings on my computer i am trying to sell it ,i have wiped it off my computer because it slowed everything down would,nt by another gone back to ipod much easier to work. sandy

- poor menu, lack of options in "music" section - I can't choose any album, search any song ;/ it's soooo plastic, when I'm using it, I'm scared I'll break it!

- The headphones cable is only about 10 inches long so you have to carry it around!!! Too short headphone cable so doesnt reach your jean pockets etc............

+ I like the quality of the product...and the battery life.
- it's very time consuming to convert songs and It cannot play MP3 music which is put directly from the computer without using the software. It should at least have a recorder and FM tuner...
