+ Very sturdy construction, easily able to hold even heavy monitors (mine's about 6kg and it works fine), cables fit neatly into the arm, whilst adding much-needed space to a crowded desk!!
- A bit tricky to adjust, and not as adjustable as it should be, but don't let this put you off.
