Nice design, well laid out with good access to all ports. Sound is very reasonable for such small speakers.

Very slow to load Vista, disappointed that even with a duel core processor it takes so long to load.

Nice and lightweight, buying a recon laptop proved to be excellent value, since there was no obvious evidence of it being recon, it appeared to be brand new, but at £100-£150 cheaper that the high street price.

Laptop turned up looking like a new machine with everything you would expect with a new machine.
-
When it turned up it did not work properly. It would not stay connected to the internet and had to be returned for a new motherboard. Could not really have been tested as advertised as this was a major fault. Shame, as otherwise this would have been a perfect purchase.

If we are watching movie or online videos then the whole screen become blank and we have to forecfully restrat the machine... this happens whenever I watch movie or a video clip. sometimes if the system is idle for sometime then the same problem happens.. have changed windows screensaver settings.. idle time settings etc but no use, when checked with windows they are saying its the problem with the machine only.
