+ Nicely designed product with easy keyboard design. Mouse works well and plentuy of USB points. I especially like that it has USB points on both sides of the machine.

- Charger pack is very heavy and bulky. The machine and the charger get very hot when being used. It get dusty and dirty very easily. The material used to make it seems to attract any kind of dirt!

+ Speed, weight

- Flimsy construction.

+ Good design with nice finishing added to it. Reasonble configurations for average home use. If the laptop had been running smoothly without any hiccups, it is really good value for money. Note: I bought it as a "returned" product otherwise supposedly to be new.

- I bought this set as a recond product (supposedly returned item). I encountered problems in logging in as it would not allow me to. Kept on showing the Window Vista I was using wasn't genuine. Also the battery did not perform as it should be, lasting for only under an hour.

+ It was a good deal at the time and offered the best value for money.

- You can never have enough memory and the operating system vista! Not that you can be held responsible for Microsoft's rubbish :)

+ it was very well refinished, and you wouldn't know it is a refurbished pc unless you were told. it is very quick pc for a home user
