I believe to get the most out of the AMD Turion you need 64 bit OS which is not supplied. I also expected the graphics to be better.

Very portable, decent memory and hard drive space for its size.
-
Poor battery life, very poor screen resolution (looks very watery and pixelated, not crisp at all), awkward screen dimensions (very wide), initial problems with drivers for the hardware, videos/games play EXTREMELY slowly and jerkily when in full screen, overall bad value for money. The biggest problems are definitlely the screen quality and ability to play videos/games, on this front this laptop is completely unacceptable.

Very heavy, but I suppose that can't be helped. To make it lighter you need to compromise on performance, yes?

Following the instructions I tried to make a back-up disk. The machine would not let me do this. Dixons told me to contact HP. Hp told me that it was Dixons responsibility. Dixon's refused to supply a back-up disk unless I paid for it. A con come scam pure and simple.
