Chad Valley Shark Bite

+ my son loves sharks and carries it around everywhere also small children love putting things in the sharks mouth

- made out of very flimsy plastic, you can't get all the bits on the sharks mouth they keep falling off, the elastic bands don't really make the mouth close, the pieces are very hard to hook with pole. on the whole it is pretty rubbish but im happy cause my son loves the shark.

+ Cheap, fun looking game that looks like a nice birthday gift for a childs party for example

- It is completely flimsy, it is difficult to load all of the items into the sharks mouth without it closing - almost impossible for a 5yo to do it by themself. The mouth 'snap' is controlled by 2 elastic bands which mean that it may spring up a little and not actually close. Elastic bands can also fling out. I would not recommend this game - it was played with once and soon relegated to the rubbish pile.

+ I gave this present to my nephew and it was gratefully received, infact it started a conversation with my friends how much they have enjoyed playing with the same toy in years gone by.

- None that I know of.

+ I have children aged 6 and 7. Both enjoy this game and collapse in fits of laughter when the Shark's mouth snaps.

+ it was cheap

- the product wasnt even worth the value. my children tried to play it but gave up as its design makes it near impossible to set up without mass frustration and then it is over in seconds. back of the cupboard waiting for boot sale!

+ Had fun putting it together and boys enjoyed playing with the bits and hooking them out

- couldnt put all things into its mouth they kept falling into its stomach and can only hook a few things out before the mouth closes

+ not overly expensive.
ok for short term use/interest.
good group participation game.

- a bit fiddly setting up.
older kids might soon grow bored/disinterested.
