I had this vacuum for one week before resorting to buying another Dyson.

+ Fantastic cleaning, hoovers up everything (not like the dyson i had previously) and the little brush attachment is great for dusting!!

+ excellent cleaning, quality steel tubes, easy to manouver, large well fitting dust bags so you are not forever having to be emptying them. Also, extra long flexi tube and cord so you can use it some distance from the sockets. I've had 3 of these vacuums over the years and still find them the best.

- The only thing I can think of to gripe about is that it can be heavy to carry upstairs, but all the advantages far outweigh this minor point.

+ Don't waste your money on a Dyson .... these Henry's are the best. They are consistently used by cleaners in big business, hospitals and elsewhere. They last, they are perfect for home or office.

+ Picks up well, both the unit and the head move across the floor well. Easy to rewind the cord, much better than any other I have used. Much longer cord than my previous cleaners. Less noisy than my previous Dyson too.

- No bad points, the opening handles on either side protrude slightly and so catch a little when going round door frames etc., but something I soon got used to and avoided.
