you cant leve the fryer on by accident as the timer will shut down after the selected time

Ease of use is good. easy to clean. Heats up quickly.Frys good It has quite a professional look and is reasonably priced.
Not totally happy with the fact that the heating element is inside the oil and the fact that there is no filter to help with cooking smells etc.
