+ Takes AA batteries - good for travel where sockets for chargers aren't accessible. Face detection technology is impressive and it is easy to use overall.

+ It takes good pictures.Easy enough for my young teenage girl to take the shots she wants.There are a few options to improve photos,or change effects,if and when she's ready to find out.A quality camera.The video seems good too.
- Uses more power than expected + needs rechargables.The memory card suplied is pitiful.
