+ OK it is so easy to use - no tricky stuff to learn, things are explained well in the manual, light to hold, rewardng to use, great software and transfer to pc is flawless. At the end of the day its a camera for semi professional use which is outstanding. Recommend a tripod for the zoom lens tho'.
- Could be cheaper!!! But couldn't everything?!!

+ I'm an absolute amaetur but I love this camera. I find it fairly easy to use although I haven't done much with the more advance features yet. The first pictures I took were of moving horses and they have come out really well. The Tamron 70-300 lens that came with it is really good.
- Haven't found any yet and I'm probably too amateur to critique it with any authority.

+ I'm a novice photographer and for me it has everything I need to get started and hopefully will continue to be a good camera once I get a bit better.
- It's quite heavy, but that's me comparing it to my previous camera which was a digital compact.
