+ brilliant handling,amazing focus speed,battery does what it says on the package,the 10fps is seriously effective,love the sensor cleaning,very effective lcd monitor,very very good in low light. Overall a wonderful piece of kit in this price range can it get better ??

- live view is a bit of a gimmick , for wild life photgraphy - forget it, unable to get a screen for the lcd monitor-this is a must as very susceptible to scratching/marks etc,hve taken already some 6000+ shots and not sure if image quality is as good as the 5D and wether the images r just a little soft,might be lens aswell ? price was expensive.

+ Most of them. It's a great machine and very robust!

- I's very heavy and bulky, but that is what it is supposed to be, isn't it. If you wanted something less you would buy less.

+ Amazing camera, though somewhat eclipsed now by the Nikon D3. Altogether great except...

- ... the AF system, which is utterly, utterly hopeless. With no word from Canon regarding a fix, I could not recommend this camera to anyone.
