+ Large drum size, I can get two loads dry in the same time as one.
Very simple to use - was going within 10mins of arrival !
Noise OK but in the garage so not a problem for us.
Used almost every day and is working well for a family of 4.

- Not great to look at but in the garage !
Dial is not easy to see when turning - have to look closely at the time you have turned it to,

- Could do with a coloured indicator on the timer knob. Being the same colour the slightly longer pointer does not show itself easily. This is only a minor blemish on what is a very good machine.

+ It is a large tumble dryer at an incredibly cheap price. It is quiet, and basic, but that's all I needed, something that dried my large familys clothes without having to spend ages programming. Even though it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of other tumble dryers, it still dries my clothes without deep creases. I can dry quilts and pillows in it with no problems.

- The only bad points I can really think of are the lack of functions, but at the price, it's not too bad!! And it does take slightly longer than my old dryer to get things dry, but not by much.

+ a very good size drum, large door, simple controls, easy to use, filter easy to clean.

- timer control is not very clear...the marker is clear, as is the decorations, and distinguishing between the marker and decoration is then very difficult. I have painted the marker with dark nail varnish so i can see it clearly.

+ The 8KG drum is massive - I have an 8KG load wasing machine so this dryer with it's huge drum and large access door makes it easy to throw in a load of wet towels etc and have them dry in super quick time.

+ very easy to install and has a large drum so therefore dries clothes efficiently.

- Some water collects on the floor due to the hose, have followed manufacturers instructions but still does this, however this is not a problem as it is stored in the garage.

+ It has a large drum and a reverse cycle. This means no more bundles of sheets with wet spots.

- It is a little bit noisy, but i keep it in the shed so its not a problem.
The dial for drying time is not great to read, but hey for features and price you cant grumble and i wouldnt change it.

Vented dryers have a hose which transfers the waste, damp air out of the machine and through a hole in the wall or a window to the outside. They are less expensive than condenser machines but the hose means they need to be placed by an outside wall.
