- The lense caps are really annoying.

+ The range of focus is very good, especially the ability to focus on near objects. The rear eye cup covers are easy to use.
- The front lens dust covers are awkward to use and often come out of their mountings.

Rugged and robust construction.
Comfortable to handle.
Light touch focusing, easy for young or small fingers.
Good protection - rubber eye caps and covers, which all attach to the strap.
Eye cups are comfortable in use for long periods of time.
-
Straps could be more robust.
Eye pieces a little difficult to twist out for young users.
No integrated tripod mount.

+ A fair balance between size and weight, rubberised covering and good optics give these binoculars a quality feel. O-ring seals extends their use to weather conditions that would have similarly priced but non sealed glasses packed away and detail construction, such as the provision of secured lens covers help make these glasses good value and a pleaure to use.
- None found so far.

+ They are totally encased in rubber which means that not only are they waterproof but if dropped the shock impact would be reduced.
