+ The machine is quiet except for the sound of the seat sliding up and down the metal bar. It's got a good resistance that makes you feel like you are working hard. Having the folding mechanism is essential.
- The screen that has calories, time etc. on does not show distance rowed. This would be handy.
Overall excellent value for money and a good buy. It makes you work hard to keep you fit.

+ The machine is very comforatble to use and feels very 'solid'. Doesn't take up as much room as expected.
- You get knakered constructing it and the plans did need careful interpretation.
Overall very pleased with the product and it was a good price.
