+ Feature packed for the price. 320GB space, Memeo backup software is efficient and unobtrusive. Print server built in, extra USB port for external disk and web (protected) access to the disk.
- Out-dated software on the CD-ROM in the box. Huge downloads and a lot of time spent updating it. Cannot start the system remotely or by auto-timer; you have to press the button on the front!

+ It allows me to backup 3 pc's via network into a single backup devise. The drive comes with Memeo AutoBackup software you can set up back up jobs for each pc.
- There is not power managment set up facility, it is running all the time the drive is switched on, so when backup is complete it needs to switched off or will be running day and night.

+ Fairly easy to setup Quiet Can run 2x USB external hard drives off it( I am running 2x 500Gb) or a print server.
- quicker than 100Mb lan NAS drives but not as quick as gigabyte should be.
