+ The phone has a loud speaker button which I think is pretty good, the overall usability of the phone is excellent.

- The most annoying thing about it and the reason it got a 4/10 for design is that the only way to check you have a message on the answerphone is to actually pick up the phone and look for a 'flashing envelope' rather like getting a text message on your mobile phone. I would have preferred a flashing light on the base unit itself and wouldn't have bought this phone had I known this beforehand.

+ The colour of the product suits my decor perfectly.
