+ Multi functional and simple to use.
There is a great advantage in having large capacity INDIVIDUAL ink cartridges all set at reasonable prices.
Very easy to read and understand instruction/installation manual.

- This is my second Brother printer (upgrade) and I have not experienced any problems over the last 5 years of use with my previous model which I am confident will extend to this model.

+ Good print quality. Good multifunction machine. Good value. Easy ink replacement

- Autofeed AND scanned area is a bit narrow- my bank sends statements that are slightly wider than A4
Sending faxes can be a bit difficult
Menu system of controls could be more intuitive. Now one needs to know the manual before starting.
