+ Good low cost printer simple to install and use,

- Drum and cartridges can be expensive to replace

- Not made clear that I would need to buy the printer separately. My old printer included the cable.

+ No frills, no nonsense mono laser printer. My last Brother did the job for eight years, so another Brother was a no-brainer.

- Can stop working when you print a non-standard a4 sheet- this clears when you use the single sheet feeder but fooled me the first time as i thought it had broken. now i know it's no problem at all. overall very pleased with it

+ I already have a Brother 2030HL and finf it's very simple to install, misfeeds are easily cleared and changing the toner cartridge is easy too.

- Can't think of any other than the price of replacement toner/drum assembly.

+ Very easy to set up. Holds masses of paper. Great if you need to print a lot at speed. Quality fine. But be aware it is mono and not suitable for printing photos unless you want them black and white. INCREDIBLY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY! Can get toner cheaply from the internet.

+ The speed and clarity and ease of use of this product makes it one of the best Epson printers I've ever owned. It also looks good and does not take up much space on my desk. The fact that the copy facility and the scan facility can be utilised without the computer being switched on is great and also the fact that it is Wifi means I can print from my laptop downstairs. Simply a great printer/scanner.

+ Prints fast and perfect for me who prints out text lectures everyday for University. More pages per ink cartridge.

- KInd of ugly. For me who are using it in my student room it feels not so appealing. Look more like a printer for the office and not for home use.
