+ Looks OK - Works well - Lots of mixing attachments - various speed settings for the bowl and the whisks - we wash the bowl in the dish washer (not sure if you should but it hasn't stained as yet).
- Not that we have found as yet - putting on weight as a direct result of all the cakes

+ It is straightforward to use and clean
- I find that the beaters don't reach the bottom of the bowl and don't mix smaller quantities (e.g. a three egg victoria sandwich mix) thoroughly or well. The separate bowl rotating motor and whisk motor seems ridiculous and impractical. My old mixer bowl was rotated by the beaters. which was much better. It also makes a horrible whineing noise which I find really grating

+ Compact, neat, looks good. The hand mixer is very good when taken off the stand.
- The hand mixer is hard to remove from the stand. Doesn't do a good job of mixing ingredients, the whisks don't seem to go far enough into the bowl. Ingredients have to be finished mixing by hand as those on the bottom of the bowl get missed.

Easy to use,( cant stopped making cakes, ) instructions are good and easy to read.
Cleaning is also very easy.
Leaves you free to get other things ready during mixing .
- A little on the noisy side.

+ Bowl is easy to clean
- Anything light or powdery such as flour and sugar ends up all over the kitchen as the beaters don't knead properly. Also found when creaming butter with sugar that the beaters do not reach the bottom of the bowl so you end up with a mess on the bottom of the bowl and incorrect measurements for making cakes, etc. Terrible at crumble mix and not much good with cream either! All in all a really poor choice. Only chose it for my mum as she prefers this style of mixer - really disappointed.
