+ 9i have had a number of coffee makers min the past ,and this is by far the best.thevesatility of it isideal.

- only bad point i can find is the lack of indication when the water side needs topping up.

+ Compact and ideal for all sorts of coffeee types

+ Very easy to use, and looks good.

- It does seem to be erratic, some times it's makes a perfect coffee, other times it only produces steam, and you need to start all over again

+ It seemed a reasonable price but I should of perhaps paid extra and got one that was easier and more efficient

- coffee gets stuck in dispenser takes time to warm up to make second cup fiddly to clean and not quick, not practical if you have teenagers in the house.

+ This cappuchino maker makes fabulous frothy coffee, just as frothy if not more so than you get in your favourite restaurant. would'nt want any other maker.

- none. But would advise buyers to clean item by flushing through regurlarly and also to do the same if not used for a while.

+ lovely frothy cappacino beautiful hot chocolate can't find any faults don't be disuaded by other poor raps make your own mind up about it i love mine and would not be without it.

+ makes a lovely cup of whateva you like! decent size Nice to have 1 or 2 a week as a treat, to much to do if you are using it alot

- manual recommends cleaning as soon as after use EVERYTIME...this takes away the fact of making a nice cup then sitting down to relax...by the time you have finished cleaning it then ur cups going cold!! Some are strong, some are weak even when doing it identical, ive had to just put some coffee into my cup after its done to make it stronger!?! No min/max line on the water tank so i have to constantly top it up (guessing the amount) so i dont get half a cup, it uses the water when you clean it aswell so you really cant tell exactly how much water is left!? Uses ALOT of milk

- Not wide enough to fit a latte glass under

- It didn't froth properly and it stopped adding the milk within 1 month of purchase and had to be returned.
