- Have not been able to enjoy a cup of Tea. The "taste" is just not right.

+ Nice looking machine. Mostly nice drinks once you get used to how to make them. Instructions not the clearest.

- Some of the drinks are average. The "cream" layer of the cafe crema is far too thin and the hot chocolate is a bit weak.

+ Fab cofee, tea, hot chocolate! Tried adding brandy and whiskey yum! and added whipped cream and mini marshmaloows for a special hot choc!

- The portions are a little on the small size but you can top it up although this gives a weaker drink.

- Quite expensive to purchase the coffee and products as they are only packaged in small quantities so you are limited to the amount of coffees, cappichinos you can have in a day. In this respect its not cost effective.

- If you like a real cup of coffee then don't buy this machine. I've tried them all, they're pretty poor. It just doesn't compare to a nice cup of coffee from starbucks or costa coffee. Which was what I was expecting for the price of the machine and the coffee.

+ The product was very easy to setup & use with an extremely comprehensive quick start guide. This was bought as a gift for my mother & she's over the moon with it, so much so that she's now got a cupboard full of the T-Discs.

- It would have been good to have some sample discs in the box. These must be redeemed by voucher and as this was bought as a christmas pressie it would've been a bit dull if the dog hadn't bought some T-Discs for his grandma :o). This doesn't really warrant marking the product down though as it is excellent for hot drink lovers.

- Unable to vary the strength of drinks. Drinks are not very hot so have to be microwaved.

+ Easy to use device, greater choice of pods if you can find them, saves alot of time on a morning.

- Very very noisy, disturbingly so. The size of the coffees it makes are surprisingly small, so be prepared to have smaller cups. A bit splashy.
