+ noise cancelling is awesome, and the sound and volume is great. nice design and a lovely case to go with them.

- None really....quite pricey for a pair of headphones but you get what you pay for....worth the money

+ Sound quality is superb. Even with deafness in one ear the sound quality in my good ear is excellent with the bose base tones sounding like surround sound.

- design could be a bit better. They are such a good fit, that as a glasses wearer they tend to press the side arms of my glasses close to my head and can make them sore with wear after a couple of hours.

- But as a mobile head phone, I do not recommend it. It has only mic. No switch to accept the phone call. You can not increase the volume or change the track without taking your phone out. So as a mobile phone solution, I do not recommend it. And also sometimes the mic does not work. Even if it works it has some kind of "Hiss" at regular intervals.
