+ Brilliant wash, excellent spin speed, very easy to use.

- My husband thinks the position of the line indicating the wash program is confusing. When you turn the program knob you have to line the indicator up with the line underneath the description of the program you want and he finds this difficult to see.

+ very easy to use, little noise and clean, 'dry' washing every wash

- Machine displayed a 'a fatal error' 10 mins after switching on for 1st time. Took 2 wks and a new circuit board before it was funcional. Despite this it has proven to be a good buy.

+ Love the 15 minute quick wash. Incredibly useful. Otherwise better version of old machine. Most of the wash cycles longer than on old model, but that seems par for the course now... somehow energy efficiency simply means programmes taking more time.

- Slightly irritating button to change spin speed and when the cycle finishes you're faced with the dreaded beeping. I've only just managed to stop my Bosch dishwasher doing that after 3 years... haven't yet figured out how to get rid of it on the washing machine.

+ Excellent washing machine, it cleans the clothes really well (I have a 2 and 4 year old!) The 1600 spin spins the clothes so they are just damp and therefore are much quicker to dry, but be careful to read labels as I have shrunk trousers and tops in this spin!! I don't use a tumble dryer like I used to I just put them on the airer indoors when its wet weather and they dry by the next day.

- The only point which I would comment on is you can't finish off a washing programme from the middle of the cycle, I only need to do this when my son turns the washing programme knob in the middle of a cycle! you have to start the whole cycle again. There is no safety device for the programme knob and it is very easy to turn.

+ An excellent machine at a reasonable price. Quick wash is very useful. Removes stains well. Rinses well. Makes me realise that my old Zanussi wasn't that great.

Superb value machine

+ We bought this machine because it is one of very few 1600 spin machines with a depth of less than 60 cm, which is what we needed to fit it into a cupboard space. I have been pleased with the wash result but a little dissapointed with the noise

+ Note; we have not used this particular washing machine yet as this latest additional property will not be tennanted for another two weeks, but we have bought this make & model after buying the same model for our own house. We own several properties have tried different makes and models of washers and many other white goods. This model was therefore a repeat purchase after being used and assessed by my family as the best for value for money, features and economy in use. Your company was chosen on price for that model, we were delighted with the service from you.

- To call this a bad point is really not fair but the washing machine is a little noisy on it's spin cycle - could be me being a little picky!

+ Having only ever having had two rather cheap washing machines in my fairly long washing 'career', I have been amazed at how efficient this machine is and how well it washes. The 'dark wash' cycle was the big test for me as my previous machine was rubbish and always left light marks on the clothes. This machine washed black trousers very well with no marks whatsoever. I also managed to get red wine stains out of white tablecloths so, sad as I am, I am a very happy bunny with this machine.

- Haven't found anything major yet, although the control buttons are very touch sensitive and I have unwittingly altered a cycle by accidentally brushing against one.
