+ An excellent wash and tangle free when retrieving from the drum when the cycle is complete. The timer on the machine is an excellent feature. The machine is user friendly so far as the use of the water supply is concerned.

An excellent choice on our part and would certainly consider Bosch appliances in the future.

+ being able to see cycle times and the machine beeps when finished. plenty of programmes and so easy to use. 1400 spin means less time in tumble dryer

+ Timer tells you how long the wash will take. I like the Freshen up/rinse programme which lets you "freshen up" say, stored out of season clothes, which don't really need wasing and only takes 20 minutes. Allows you to change spin spped and temperature on any programme.

- Instructions do not match programmes to washing instructions on labels in UK clothing

+ So many different programme options and being able to select temperature of wash and spin speed. Efficient wash cycles and environmentally friendly. Bleeps when washing has completed. Much better than my previous Hotpoint washing machine which did not last 3 years.

- there are only two bad points one being the door, it sits proud of the waster, as I`m in a wheelchair Ihave to be very carefull not to bang into or nock it. the other is the beeping noies when the wast has finished.

- Having to turn the programme selector to finish at the end of a wash programme. Prefer it if there were some way if could turn itself off. This would be beneficial when left on when I am going out before the end of a wash cycle.

- Sometimes having so much choice of programs just complicates things, our previous Bosch was simpler to use but did not have as many programs, but I do not use half of them!

+ Easy to use, looks good, energy efficient, reliable brand and holds a good size (6kg) load!

- Heavy to move, detergent drawer goes mouldy if not wiped out after every use!
