+ This machine is extremely easy to use. Features are clearly displayed and simple to operate. Properly balanced, I find this machine to be less noisy than other brand models I have owned. The 1400 spin cycle leaves clothes with minimum drying time.

+ Incredibly straightforward and easy to use, and very very quiet. All the features needed in a straightforward washing machine. Energy efficiency is good and it washes the clothes well at low temperatures (clean clothes is, after all, the one thing you really want from your washing machine!) and they come out relatively dry too. I am almost pleased my old one broke down as this is so nice to use.

- Can't think of any yet. I'm sure some people would want more gadgets and gizmos and it doesn't make the coffee.....

+ Love the quick wash which still clean the clothes to the same standard. Easy to use and good on energy efficiency.

- No half load option - I live alone so difficult when separating whites and colours.

- Difficult to install. Still bounces around the floor we cannot get it levelled. I did not have this problem with the zanussi it replaced. The instructions are unclear and difficult to understand. I find the clothes still rather wet when the spin finishes. The cycle is very long. I am not impressed with this machine and am sorry I bought it.
