+ Very easy to use and to maintain. The coffees and other drinks aren't too expensive either.

- I guess if I was being REALLY picky it could be a bit quicker and quieter but that's REALLY fussy. Honestly it's fine.

- The used T-discs are not exactly environmentally-friendly (cannot be recycled).

+ We have just replaced the older model, after much searching of similar products. This one is far superior, both in ease of use and quality of the coffee. It even has a nice steam "hiss" at the right time. The choice and quality of the drinks is spot on

- We wasted so much effort looking at other makes of coffee machine

+ the tassimo is extremely fast at brewing a good coffee. it has a fantastic range of flavours that suits the whole family. Meets the needs of both my husbad and my kids

- The size of the cappucino andhot chocolate are so small, i find i have to use two pods each time!!
The flavours are so delicious, we are going through about 4-5 packets a week, costing me a fortune!!

+ small enough to squeeze onto any kitchen worktop and looks fine - not big and unsightly like some other coffee makers nad you don't just have to have coffee - choose from coffee, tea, chocolate etc

- bit fidly to opperate and some difficult place to get reaaly clean but you soon get the hang of it

+ Makes a great tasting beverage very quickly

- Its a bit deep (dimensions wise). The worst thing about this machine is that although you can amend the strength of your drink and put different size mugs in it it still makes the same size drink! For example, buying a hot chocolate tdisc i thought Bosch would realise that people dont drink hot chocolate out of small coffee cups, but thats the only amount it can make! a coffee cup size drink in a normal size mug. the only way to fill the mug is to add more water making your drink watery

+ i love tssimo, the tast of the tea is just the best.....would recommend it to anyone!!

+ Very easy to use and maintain. The drinks are tasty and not too expensive.

- Some of the tassimo discs are a bit stingy and only produce half a cup of coffee, you can choose the option of adding more water but this weakens the flavour.

+ Good choice of flavours of hot drinks, easy to use, quick, looks nice on the worktop, no mess, love it!

- None really, the only thing would be the cost of the Discs (but we knew how much they were before we bought the machine) works out at about 0.50p a cup, so they are a treat when we have them, still use the good old kettle!

+ I like that you can make all different types of drinks (Tea, coffee, chocolate) one after the other without having aftertaste. There is a wide variety of coffee's, tea's, even fruit teas!

- Some of the pods, i.e the tea pods are quite expensive, when you consider you only get 16.

+ You have a wide range of teas and coffee to choose from. You can make a tea and then a coffee straight away without any taste from the previous cuppa you have made.

+ Thrilled with our new coffee maker, amazed at the range of drinks you can make (tea, hot chocolate, latte,etc) makes very tasty coffee. Easy to use.

- Nothing serious. I usually prefer more than one mug per brew, so have to use m/c twice. which is a nuisance.

+ it is so easy to use , you just cant go wrong.the drinks are really hot you can see the steam as it filters through for your drink. such a choice of t-disc"s too.

- Not ideal if doing more than one or two drinks at a time. Better off using a cafetiere if haveing a dinner party.
Cartridges are expensive, especially the Latte or Capucino, as using two cartridges only get 8 drinks per packet.
