Score 8.0/10+ I have had the machine only a few weeks, but so far so good. Quite quiet when operating. Cleans well and dries well.
- Loading can be tricky. I eventually removed the knife shelf from upper basket and that made things a little less fiddly.

Score 8.0/10+ Easy to load, racks are very versatile for what they can be used for. The not very useful racks can be removed. Some of crockery supports fold down. Has a short 40 degree wash cycle for lightly soiled crockery.
- Some of plastic racks inside are not really necessary and prevent use of other space for more commonly used items like mugs. My last one of these only lasted just over 5 years...but I've bought another one so I hope that was just bad luck!

Score 8.0/10+ Top cutlery tray and the ability to wash the top basket only when small amount of dishes are present.
- Instructions were a bit wacky and not what you would expect from a company such as Bosch. Machine has a tendency to flip any plastic items that are present on the top basket which is a pain when most children/babies cups are plastic and dishwasher safe.

Score 10.0/10+ it is a quality item and the overall feel i get from it is that its stable solid and so far very good/ we had a bosch in our previous house and left it for the new owners so i knew when purchasing a dishwasher for our new home it had to be bosch again.
- none so far ! maybe i could complain to my husband that i plumbed it in and i put the cupboard door on it which i found tricky but it can never be said that WOMEN cant do a mans job. haha

Score 10.0/10+ Brilliant cleaning, choice of cycles. With two teenagers in the house I personally don't need half load so not a problem. Noise level is good. Cycle is quite long but then most dishwashers are like that anyway. Loading is quite easy and manage to fit everything in especially on Christmas day when I had 10 people for dinner.
