Bosch SGS-65L22 Reviews: Freestanding, 60cm wide, Dishwasher

+ This is a scorchingly good dishwasher, it's very quiet, adaptable (lots of fold down spikes and top drawer has two positions). Wash quality is first rate. Eco setting washes very well too. Good design. Easy to load. Buy it now.

- I wish the display turned off when it finished to conserve energy. Minor point. Dont let this put you off this first rate machine.

+ looks neat and takes a good amount of crockery and cutlery; I like the versatility of how one can pack diferent items such as baking sheets; most importantly it is very quiet

- it took a bit of head scratching to change programmes even with the aid of the instruction manual but I've got it sussed now

+ It's so quite you can hardly hear it and it does a very good job indeed. Also you can switch off things like the alarm for when its finished. The trays are very adjustable for different size pans etc.

- One time it was not possible to change the programme setting, but I think it may have been because the top tray was overloaded. (Built-in safety?)

+ Very quite, excellent wash and excellent range of washing options.

+ really quiet! and start delay means I can set it to go when electricity is cheaper. Also Eco-friendly programme options. Child lock is good but not actually necessary as the buttons are hidden once the door is closed and it is difficult for under threes to open.

- The beeps when finished are a bit persistent!
The door spring is strong so it can't be left just open. You can't leave it open to dry or to do that one-handed quick open and put your teaspoon in while holding your tea, you have to lower the door fully otherwise it springs back!

- THE TOP DRAW IS NOT TALL ENOUGH TO STAND A PINT GLASS IN

+ Could not believe how silent this machine is when working. It is possible to have people sitting at the kitchen table, talking, with this machine on in the background and not to be aware of it. Excellent.

- Don't like the basket design for knives and forks, can not get as many in as my oter Bosch Dishwasher. Sometimes the cups come out still wet. The shelf for carving knives is not necessary, and my knives do not fit it.
