+ Reliability, low level noise, clean washes, low salt indicator, and ease of installation.

- Slightly awkward top rack for plates and cups, but you get used to it and easily adjust.

+ Generally I am very pleased with it and I like the flexibility of 'collapsing' racks - also the two small cutlery drainers enables you to move them around for greater flexibility although they do get a little cramped as the individual compartments are quite small. Its wonderfully quiet and although I usually have it on the longer eco setting its really handy if you want to do a quick wash with good cleaning results.

- Does not dry particularly well (condensation remains in the machine) but that is not really a problem for us - its only a bit of clean water right?! I let it drain a little longer before unloading and the glasses come up clear.

+ Straight forward dishwahser, does what it says! Like the delay timer.

- All cycles are labelled as Quick cycles - surely they can't all be Quick cycles?

+ It is quick and efficient. The dishes have been clean over Christmas - which is a testing time. The machine is nice looking and runs quietly.

- Could be a little easier to load.

- Although it seems like there's a lot of room inside, there actually isn't! It's very hard to load, because the inside is designed badly.
