+ much quieter than previous machine. Well constucted
- never know where to put the cutlery holder. It doesn't fit int many places. Would like it to fit into the smaller plate compartments.

+ Cycle times - I like the fact that it shows you how much time you have left. Noise - Can hardly hear it - great! Choice of wash cycles - I like the Auto programme as it adjusts the time & temperature itself, so I tend to use this option most often.I also think the half load function is good. Value for money - A top spec machine at a really good price.
- Cleaning performance - you have to make sure everything loaded in is secure - sometimes lighter weight plastic things flip over and end up full of water. A couple of items have come out still dirty, but I think this may have been an operator loading error rather than a machine fault! Ease of loading - never quite sure where to put the cutlery basket, although it is good that it comes apart.

+ The Eco cycle seems very good, no problems with cleaning and no streaks or watermarks left.
- The top tray is set-up well for tea-cups, but less well for mugs and glasses/tumblers, which means that the fold-down bits for long cutlery/knives tend to get in the way. There are fixed and fold-down 'slots' in the lower tray, but the fixed ones are spaced wider than the fold-down ones, so it's not possible to get as many plates in if folding down the other half for pans, etc. (But overall, these are fairly minor points - they're just niggly...)

+ Quieter than previous Bosch dish washer, ease of use and the economy feature ref electric and water use.
- I would prefer more robust interior loading baskets drawers but they do the job.

+ Good performance ,reliable and quick to wash the dishes with the same quality.
- Could be made more flexible to accomodate large items where small items could go and Vice Versa.
