Bosch KGN33V60GB Reviews: Frost Free, Energy Efficient, Silver fridge freezer

+ Enormous fridge - well designed and easy to find things in. Both fridge and freezer are easy to clean. Everything comes out very easily for cleaning. Very quiet. I like the way the fridge switches off when the door is opened, so that it doesn't waste energy trying to heat the room, then starts again when shut. The instructions tell you that you may think it sounds like a cat purring - I wouldn't go quite that far!

- The freezer is a little cramped compared to my old one. Could have done with one larger drawer so that I could store bulky items like bread and rolls in larger quantities.

+ Like storage in freezer door for ice packs. Quality feels really good. Loads of room in fridge.

+ Looks nice, simple controls, good constant temperature and great energy use. Having the fridge compartment on top and a smaller freezer is great if you only want I bit of frozen stuff as a backup.

- It is fairly noisy, but that is the only down side.

+ The Fridge Freezer looks very nice.

- Do not be fooled by the looks. It is very noisy and virtually runs 30min every hour. Furthermore it starts each time you have had the door open. Frankly I think there is a design fault and will contact BOSCH regarding this as I'm not happy at all.

- Being frost free the fan does run all the time, although it's not that loud.

+ Fruits and Vegs keep extremely well. Excellent product.

- bitnoisy when the ice cracks, also the thermostat works a bit too well and you have to fine tune even after 2 months some items in the fridge become close to frozen.

+ Well built, looks good, keeps things very cold.

- The freezer capacity is not great but ok if your short on space. I do not think it would make a good fridge/freezer for a family but fine for a couple or single person.

+ Bought to fit in with other kitchen electrical goods - not neccesarily the best capacity etc, but a silver bosch product to match the rest !!
