+ good points are:
lightness and good manouverability of cleaner.
space saving as hose can be attached to the machine
machine is very quiet
water tank is very easy to fit and detach
Easy to clean and refill the water tank
Hose handle feature is comfortable and ideal for those with arthritic hands

- not easy to attach the dust bag.
The water tank does not cover much area before it needs to be filled again hence using quite a lot of washing solution.

- Only one niggle. It is awkward cleaning stairs with this appliance, could have a better add-on 'tool' for this purpose.

- A little tricky to find dust bags online

+ Good easy to use machine, long cable and hose enables whole house (3 bedroom) upstairs and downstairs to be cleaned without changing sockets. Very powerful.

- Fluff and hairs tend to build up on main floor cleaning head and so needs fairly frequent cleaning. Duster brush attachment good, but takes a little bit of time to get into the way of using it.

+ Really good sucker! Good deep cleaning and a good mix of tools.

- Unhitching the arm sections is quite stiff to begin - it is a squeeze action which is difficult with small hands.

+ Compact. Quiet. Looks good. Tools interchange easily.

- Tools aren't housed within the unit. Not convinced about the way the bag attaches, there were no instructions/diagrams to assist.

+ Excellent suction, very easy to move around, good for storage (two areas to clip handle into, one temporary e.g. if door bell rings when vacuuming, the other more permanent e.g. when storing machine). Excellent cost considering how powerful the motor is, would pay more for other machines that were equally as powerful. Fabulous at picking up dog hair!

- It is a heavy machine but, that said, it is very easy to manoevre, positioned on light castors that don't mark my wooden floors at all. It's not that heavy that I can't carry it about and I'm a middle aged woman who dislikes the gym! It's the only thing I can say is a bad point about this cleaner but it certainly wouldn't stop me buying the same model again. Really pleased with it.

+ I bought this vacuum after reading Which Best Buys and its lived up to its reputation as an easy to use and effective vaccumm. . It looks great too!

- The only bad point I can think of is that the attachments don't suit vacuuming wooden venetian blinds effectively, but this could be down to my use.

- Separate toolbox for accessories looks like a novel idea but you are never in the same place as your accessories when you need them, then you have to try to remember where you left them to fit an attachment.

- Bit cumbersome. I don't look forward to getting it out of the cupboard. The long handle gets in the way. Not that easy to clean the carpet heas of long strands.

+ Haven't used it extensively but it is very powerful and so far has done a good job. The turbo head is extremely efficient.

- Only negative is that it is quite heavy.

+ Easy to manoever. Great suction. Useful accessories especially the long nozzle which easily cleans behind radiators. Low noise levels and long flex. Easy to use.

- A little heavy to take up and down stairs, and easy to knock the on/off button while carrying, but very minor niggles. Excellent overall.

- Not found any. MAybe a bit heavy, but seeing as it is on wheels you should not need to carry it!!!!
