+ Much quieter than my old bosch and there is no exposed heating element inside so no risk of pastics melting if they fall through the rack. The delay timer lets us take advantage of cheap rate night electricity.

- I felt cheated that the silver version (that my wife insisted on) was much more expensive than the exact same white version, but hey I still payed it! The door springs feel a little lightweight e.g. when the kids open the door in their boistress manner it slams down too much for my likeing.

+ Good 30 min quick wash feature often cleans better than full cycle which is over 2 hours. Good value for money dishwasher from a manufacturer with a great reputation.

- Poor internal layout of the racks can be frustrating, compared to my last dishwasher, but not the end of the world.

+ Silver finish fits in well with kitchen, quick cycle very efficient and very useful

+ Cleans very well, eco cycle find for nearly all washes

- Cycles seem very long (over 2 hours)but maybe that's because I'm more aware due to to it showing time remaining on the display. Never had a washer do that befire

+ really like the idea of knowing how long you have left on the cycle, brilliant that you can delay the wash cycle, thus helping with cheaper electric through the night. Plates, pans and cutlery come out sparkling and very clean.

- quite loud at the start of the cycle, had an indesit before and hardly heard the water rushing through, other than that this is a brilliant dishwasher, i am very pleased with it, very stylish looking too.

+ You are paying for good brand and its always worth it. Noise level is very low as i thought and its doing the job what it meant to be.

- Adjusting sheves are not very good enough and lcd programing is not very much explained.

+ Does exactly what I expect of it and I'm thrilled with it. Other reviewers commented on cycle time, but I think this is fairly typical and as I put it on at night so noise and cycle time aren't an issue for me - not tried economy wash yet. I did research carefully and Bosch came highly recommended. I also went to local store with a couple plates and glasses to check how it fits and loadsl. They probably thought I was mad, but I thought it sensible!!

Much better than our previous Neff washer.

+ Short 30 minute cycle is very good - it's the one I use most. We had a Bosch machine before that had been with us for 10 years without incident so wanted to stick with that make. This one so far seems to be excellent value for money.

+ Good value. A quality brand which performs well & is rated highly for reliability. It looks good too & I like the digital display for selecting optional settings - normally displays a countdown timer. 2 height settings available for top rack.

- The generic manual could be clearer. Some of the parts included seem to be for other models. The standard wash cycle is quite long but it does a thorough job. There is also a 30 min "quick wash" for lightly soiled dishes.

- interior on the small side and difficult to load top when additional cutlery holder and cup holder in place

- It's our first ever dishwasher, so I have nothing to compare it agianst. I don't know it it's noisy or not because I don't know how noisy other ones are. I think it's great - but without a line in the sand, my opion is, well...it's silver, easy to plumb in and level, instructions make sense and I can make it wash dishes!

+ Good surdy internal trays and overall looks and construction. Simple to operate. Very clean dishes.

- Bosch - Expensive for waht it is. No intermediate programmes ie 30 mins or 150 mins no in between. Noisy.

+ Find it is much bigger than my old Candy which I inherited when we bought the house

- Takes slightly longer than my old dishwasher to wash, but if there is no food dried on dishes the Quick Wash is adequate

+ The quick wash cycle only takes 45 minutes and is thorough enough to clean an everyday medium soiled load. Even my old stainless steel pans come out sparkling!

- The holes in the cutlery basket could be a little larger to fit vegetable and kitchen knives in with the normal cutlery. The standard, eco and heavy wash cycle times are quite long.

- I bought a Bosch classix washing machine 6 months ago and then bought the dishwasher, Im slightly disappointed that the colours do not match

- Difficult to get lots of mugs in. Can't move racks around to get pans etc in easily.

- Not enough room for mugs, there are spaces only small cups can fit in - I don't use any!
