+ Very pleased with this product, the quick wash programme is excellent. The normal cycle takes around 2hours 20 mins, which does seem a long time but everything comes clean.

- You are unable to fold down the bottom racks, which I have been used to but that is a minor thing.

+ It's much quieter than i anticipated

- Cutlery rack could be easier to use, the holes for the untensils are awkwardly shaped

+ Cleans exceedingly well, which - let's face it - is really all that matters in a dishwasher. And as a bonus it's exceptionally good value.

- A tad noisy, but not excessive, and a full wash cycle time of 2hrs 20 mins - bit too long in my view.

+ Excellent cleaning and drying, far superior to my previous two dishwashers (neither of them Bosch), leaves dishes and glasses sparkling with hardly any watermarks. Very easy to load and program - I especially like the start delay feature which allows me to make the most of Economy 7. For the price, this was an excellent buy and I would recommend it to anyone.

- The normal wash cycle seems very long (2hrs 20mins). Would have liked the option of a wash between this cycle and the quick cycle (30 mins).

+ Simple to use, brilliant and extremely useful quick cycle (well used in our family as there are six of us with extra teenagers at weekends and they never think to reuse their glasses, just plonk the dirty ones in the sink!), handy economy cycle used when I'm not in a hurry for clean dishes, and the machine is relatively quiet. Plus it was a good price.

- None really. It took a while to get used to looking at a feeestanding machine in place of the previous semi-integrated one but this was the best machine on the Which website in the price range.

+ Very very pleased with the results - this is my third dishwasher so I can compare!!

+ Cleans very well indeed, even on the quick cycle lasting just over half an hour. Most impressive

- Not so easy to stack mugs. Holes in the lower tray rather large and most mugs would slip through. The alternative is to slip mugs onto the spikes for holding dishes but this restricts the number of mugs that it is possible to stack. Not really a serious problem & it wouldn't put me off buying this model again.

+ I thought this product was excellent value for money. It is extremely quiet, slightly bulky than what I thought - although prevs never had a dishwasher. Cycle times are good , but nothing in between a quick cycle and normal cycle - from 1/2 hour to 2 hours. Would recomment to anyone, I also think the digital display is good so you can keep an eye on how long is left for the machine to finish.

+ Excellent wash

- Normal wash is quite long but if items are not too dirty then quick wash usually works well.

+ The price was very reasonable for a Bosch (the brand Miele being the best for dishwashers - though you pay for it - and Bosch a close second). The economy cycle is quick at 20 minutes and has resulted in excellent cleaning. I haven't had to use the longer cycles yet. There are only 4 cycles, but with my previous machine (a useless Indesit) there were 12 cycles and I only used 2 at the most. I am therefore OK with having just 4 cycles. On the whole, I am so far pleased with this machine.

- It is a bit tricky stacking the top of the dishwasher, but you get there in the end.

+ This dishwasher does actually clean the pots unlike the nightmare Hotpoint dishwasher which I ditched after only 3.5 years of use. Brilliant experience only having to wash items once!!!!!

+ It's very quiet and dishes come out clean.

- I find loading the machine less user friendly than my last machine. There doesn't seem to be as much room, especially for pots & pans. Also have removed the plastic stacking racks in the top drawer.

+ Easy to use, cleans dishes/pots/glasses really well (and I live in a hard water area). Quiet too. Very happy with it.

- Wash cycle is 144 mins which is quite long really, but I think most dishwashers take about this time. Also the top rack can be a bit awkward to put mugs in some areas, I get the impression that it would be better at accomodating cups but we mainly use mugs. Only a minor niggle though not a big issue.

+ the brief economy cycle does almost everything. everything comes out shiny and sparkling. Really, really pleased with it.

+ We couldn't believe the price of this. We expected it to be quite basic. It turned out to be one of the best appliances we have purchased. Really easy to use, great results, great value for money. Would deffinately reccommend!

- It lacks a short rinse cycle and all the programmes take a long time to complete. It is slightly awkward to load, particularly the top tray but once you get used to the arrangements it can be made to work ok.

+ Simple controls, quiet operation, led display information on operating mode and condition, large item wash facility.

- Plastic platforms on crockery tray prohibit taller cups and glasses under them and are difficult to remove. Door difficult to close because of top seal design.

- I had a similar product which stopped working after three years of regular use. I tried three times to get someone to fix it, but failed. I tried to find a more durable product on the market but was told that Bosch was the market leader and should last for 10-15 years. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I strongly disapprove of product obsolescence. Electrical items should last for many years; we only have one planet.

+ Choice of cycle times

- The length of the electrical wire from the appliance to the switch is too short - longer electrical cable needed to be fitted for ease of operation in getting the machine out from its location.

+ Washes quite well, good price for a Bosch.

- Not easy to load, particularly upper basket, which is not very cleverly structured: difficult to accommodate glasses and cups together with smalll dishes. Our previous Ariston LS609 (now discontinued) was a lot better. Also, the whole thing feels a little flimsy, we expected something more solid from Bosch.

+ Excellent 30 minute wash.Rarely need to wash on any other cycle.

- Doesn't dry well on 30 minute wash & loading top tray is tricky as you can only really put cups or small glasses on the right hand side when the top racks are down.

+ The wash is very quiet, the dishes have come out sparkling and I like the look of the machine in general

- I just thing the length of the wash cycles are quite long

+ It's an update of our previous machine. Simple and reliable, usually (see below).

- Problems with salt (oversalting). There is a sophisticated salt balance set up, which has left us with problems in a soft water area. We followed instructions and advice, but all items are left with salty smear and taste! We did not have this problem with previous model.

+ Very good overall performance.
Ultra quiet and no vibration.

- cycle times a little longer than old machine, perhaps this is due to being cold fill only

+ I like the idea of low indicators for salt and rinse aid.The machine washes well and I usually use the quick wash with good results.

- I still have not worked out what the small flat tray on the left of the machine (as you are looking at it ) is for.

+ Eco wash is only 30 mins long and cleans very well. Haven't needed to use the longer programmes yet.

- Husband doesn't like the cutlery basket. Glasses with longer stems are difficult to place in bottom section.

+ It's a good machine with effective washing and drying.

- Loading is a bit less easy than my previous model.

+ You can see how long you have left. Also it seems a lot bigger than my old one and that was only 4 years old

- The Dishwasher has a plastic base so when it is being filled you can hear the noise more!!!

- I've yet to encounter a dishwasher that produces truly dry dishes at the end of a wash cycle, this one is no exception, but does a very good job nonetheless.

+ Value for money is the main point. It does everything it says on the tin. It is reasonably quiet. Much quieter than the old one. Dishes are alway clean and mostly dry as plastic still needs a wipe. Cycle time is about 140 minutes which isn't bad its easy to operate and was extremely well priced. Not much of a choice of options but who needs most of the variety of options that are offered on the more expensive models.

+ quiet and very good cleaning accross the cycles. ability to remove top basket to allow large items to be cleaned such as roasting tins and baking trays

- loading not the best as some items are hard to accomadate without taking up to much space such as large deep cereal bowls. would have been good to have a cycle between quick (30 mins) & eco (2hr30mins)

+ Fairly quiet compared to previous machines. Good cleaning. Prewash is good, so dishes can be rinsed, then left so more can be added during the day.

- Mugs and beakers do not fit well into the top section. The cup racks do not allow much room even for tea cups to slot under. similarly the knife rack is rigid and it is hard to fit mubs underneath it. this is the only disappointing part of the macjine (but a significant one)

+ I love this dishwasher. It washes and dries eveything much better than my previous one so I would recommend it. The Eco cycle is rather long approx 150 mins but I just load the dishwasher during the day and switch it on before going to bed so for me it's not really and issue. There is a quick wash that I used once after visitors because I have about 20 cups to wash :-) 30 mins.

- The only bad point I can find with this dishwasher is the long knife basket which is attached to the left hand side of the top shelf. It should have been split really so that you could lift it out of the way whilst loading underneath. As it is it catches at the back making loading a little irritating. That said it can be removed if you don't want to use it.

+ I have always bought Bosch and this product replaces my old Bosch dishwasher that I had for 20 years. Gives a really good wash and is absolutely noiseless. I like the timer because I can can use economy 7 cheap rate electric at night.

+ Most importantly, the cleanliness of the pots is first class. I had got used to examining the pots whilst unloading my old dishwasher (and I mean 'old') and having to wash some again by hand. I am delighted with the performance of the Bosch. It's also amazingly quiet compared to my previous machine. Exceptional value for money.

- Prefer the word 'inconvenient' to 'bad' - this IS an excellent machine! However loading the top drawer is a bit fiddley because of racks at either side. Awkward fitting cups under the left hand knife rack. Cups too tall to fit under the right hand rack.
Wash cycles tend to be long, over 2 hours, compared to previous machine, but then I no longer have to rewash the pots, so guess it's swings and roundabouts. Despite this I have no regrets and definately would recommend it.

Really pleased with it, we are a family of five so it gets a lot of use!

- The only thing i find slightly annoying is there is a shelf/ basket on the topleft hand side which doesnt flip up completley so you have to slide things in.
