+ great price and so far children-proof design! very light and comfortable

- they fall off my nose!

- Quite small dimensions.Small lenses make varifocul use difficult. Can't get on with them.

+ great styling, very light to wear, you don't even know you have them on!

+ Very light design - thin arms. Nice lens shape.

- Feel very flimsy - not using as everyday glasses as I don't think they'd last very long. Places where nose bridge is joined into lenses is visible when wearing and a bit distracting.

+ They are light weight and so reduce pressure on the nose and as rimless glasses they offer a clearer feild of view. the prescription is perfect (online glasses often deliver substandard prescription reproduction). Even though the frames are difficult to maintain at home the value for money is outstanding. I shall be returning for more glasses very soon. glasses direct offers the perfect combination of dispensing opticians, customer service on the phone, and ease of use for ordering online,

- the frames are easily knocked out of alignment, the lens/frame fixings are single use and therefore if broken cannot be altered or repaired at home as screw fixings would be.

+ I found everything good and will be purchasing more pairs as worried I might lose them and would find it difficult without them. They are very good and very comfortable.

- None and I really mean none. I even make sure I buy the financial times for my husband every week incase we miss a good idea, like glassesdirect proved to be as it was where he showed me the add from this very entrepreneurial person.

- Not completely happy with the reading space of the variofocals. Perhaps this is because of the lens size.

- Occasionally difficult to see as eyes are drawn to the 'edges'

+ Great pair of glasses. Was unsure about buying varifocals, but the staff put my mind at ease and the finihed glasses were perfect at a fraction of the price I paid last time from a well known hight street optition.

+ Cheap and of good quality

- Smaller lenses than I expected.

+ Doesn't even feel like you are wearing them, great react-to-light lenses.

- Slightly flimsy, to be expected though.

- I really wanted the hingeless rimless glasses that I got 2 years ago which were peerless but you do not do anymore, otherwise would have given 10/10.

+ Nice colours, very light, modern design

- Broke within 3 days - lens cracked through hinge fixing, possibly a faulty lens.
Glasses sat very high so glare from underneath made reading in bright sunlight quite difficult despite the lens shading to grey.
They feel very fragile, though that may be because I have never had frameless glasses before. As they broke while I was on holiday, I had to buy some ready-readers from an optician which were similar to look at but feel much sturdier.
