+ looks great, fab features-especially the facebook application! i got it mainly so i can recieve my e-mails whilst out and about at work (i'm not office based) and its great! i love that i can delete junk e-mails from my handset and computer from the handset and i can reply to e-mails instantly.

- only bad point is it took a little while to get used to writing on the touchpad as it is very sensitive and unless you have skinney minnie fingers it can take a bit of practice to text and write e-mails quickly. if it came with a stylus that would have made things easier.

+ I have been using blackberry's for over a year now, and so im used to batterylife issues. Getting my email where ever and being able to reply is perfect. The web browser on your network is fast like described. Being able to produce documents and email them to people or to adjust document people send to me.
The new touch screen took a day to get used to and I love it. It's sleek and the photo gallery is impecable with the slide and pan options. Being a business woman i need a phone that can do nearly everything a computer can do, and this is very very close. Very happy with this phone and have reccomended it to everyone.

- The only bad point on this phone is the signal. At times it goes to SOS but within a minute its back to normal. Just gets annoying when your texting/emailling. But used to it now and it's not really an issue. Many people complain about battery life but if you actually charge it for 18 hours when you get it and then charge it everynight you will never have a problem. Also turning the phone off for 2 hours on a red battery, the phone somehow gives you 2 bars when you turn it on.

+ The phone looks great, stylish and slick. I love the way people can get in contact with me in a number of ways by using either: facebook, email, text, instant messanger and phone. The ring tones are funky and catchy too, loud enough to never miss a call. The camera isnt bad either, especially appreciate the function that allows me to send instant photos to friends and family.

- If I browse the net and use the phone a lot in one day, which I tend to do, the battery doesnt really accomadate my excessive usage, which is a shame as they provide so many features, they should expect them to be used. I suppose I need to invest in a car charger, that would help. No other bad points.

+ I love the BB Storm, it's the best thing I've bought in a long time. It's reasonably easy to get the hang of as long as your prepared to play with it for a while to understand its features / functions. Email is a doddle to set up and makes life a lot easier to stay up to date on the move. Web browsing is generally very good too.

- I'm not too keen on 'sureclick', I'd have preferred a touch sensitive screen, but then many people buy the BB Storm because they prefer the exact opposite. Many of the apps are produced for the US market and aren't compatible for the UK (or don't have quite the same level of functionality). The only major downside to the phone is that the battery life is poor especially if you use it for web browsing.

+ nothing just good for the bin, I want my money back andd am calling to complain this week end when i have time. I had better sound quality on my first mobile phone in 1997. The keyboard just doesn't work and the screen jams.

+ Beautiful to look at with great features. I particularly like being able to access my emails at any time. Although I have 2 ipods for my music listening, I like being able to transfer some of my itunes to the phone. The battery life really depends on the amount of usage. Initally it seems fine. Love the phone.

- Takes time to get used to the touch screen keyboard for typing txt msgs. No other problems that I have encountered.

Summary of BlackBerry Storm 9500 Reviews from Across the Web

This device is a real rival to the dominance of the iphone. The “clickable” touch screen is a new and exciting development, but arguably this feature will be the one that decides it success. The applications and browsing are very good, as one would expect from a Blackberry, but the Storm does not have Wi-Fi, which could seriously dent its credibility in the Smartphone market. It seems that RIM is targeting consumers and business users with this application packed, slick mobile.
