First blackberry I've had and definately will not be the last. The email is perfect, keypad takes some getting used to but works extremely well, web browsing and gps are great, and every other feature that you would expect from a mobile is there!
-
The only bad point so far relates to the holdster that comes with the phone. Wheb holdstering the phone it does not enter standbye mode automatically because the case depresses the buttons which prevents standbye. So as long as you manually enter standbye mode then the battery will last days, as opposed one day.

I don't like the small icons, the touch screen has much bigger icons and is easier to read. I also don't like the case provided. It is too small and all the buttons get pressed when it is put into the case and the design does not cover the whole thing. It is also not very easy to get out of the case quickly

All of it!
the camera is surprisingly amazing - excellent focus and the photos are really clear for a camera phone.
The sound quality is brilliant too and is a lot easier to use than some MP3 players.
Web browsing is fantastic - nearly always have a connection too.
The buttons are great too once you get used to them! When I first got it I ended up typing with my nail until I learnt how to use it properly...
The screen is brilliant - I've dropped the phone way too many times yet the screens not dented or scratched once.
LOVE it!
-
Scratches easily!!!!
I dropped my phone the day after I got it and it dented really easily and I've since dropped it about 20 times (I've barely this phone a month so I'm a bit gutted!) and I've scratched it to bits!
