+ Ibought the phone for its organiser and this has revolutionised my administration. The camera is of reasonable quality. I have not used the email or internet because of the cost.
- The worst feature is unlocking the keyboard = surely this can be simplified

+ I LIKE MOST OF THE FEATURES OF THIS PHONE, EVERYTHING IS EASY AND SIMPLE TO USE. STORAGE IS EXPANDIBLE, BIG SCREEN ETC ETC. I LOVE MY BLACKBERRY, I HOPE TO UPGRADE TO NEWER VISION WHEN IS AVAILABLE.

- some options are very hard to find in the extensive menu system. lack of customization of home screen to a degree is only real downfall.

- I would never owm another Blackberry as I feel it is pimative only can use for basic things like taking calls,blue toothe is imposible and whem picture messages are sent from another phone to mine I never get them. Invest is a Samsung this is the worse phone I have ever owned

+ I look the look of the Blackberry and the way you can view your previous messages on the same screen and have to go in to each message to view it.
- Not being able to have my hotmail account sent to the blackberry and find it time consuming to have all services available such as GPS etc...
