Best Phone I've ever had, it has so many features including Blackberry and Yahoo messengers, and so much of a choice as to what to download to your own needs, whether it be Facebook or satnav, its all there! Also you can find a 4GB memory card (micro SD) and load music on, I use the WAV files, currently have 35 complete albums, only used 1.7GB!
Highly recommended!
- If you use the phone quite a bit as I do, you may need a spare battery, but you can recharge from a computer via the USB lead, or the wall charger!

+ Everything you need from a Smartphone, but in something small enough to be taken anywhere. Texting and emailing is a dream with the new predictive/pre-emptive text entry software. The inclusion of an external Micro SD slot, standard 3.5mm earphone socket, and clever use of smartkeys also makes it a more than useable mp3 player.
- If you leave everything (WiFi, bluetooth, and phone) on the battery will only last a days or so. But as they've made it so easy to turn off the things you're not using this is hardly a problem. With just the phone on, it'll last a weekend of heavy texting, and listening to music no problem.

+ The trackball is really good as it makes it easy to navigate through the screen. The size of the phone is really good as it doesnt feel too bulky on the pocket.
- The keypads are tiny and the layout of the keypads are a bit of a challenge even by just typing a simple text somtimes. The camera resolution is not too great as sometimes the pictures look a bit blurry.

+ Once mastered it's a fantastic tool. Does everything you could possibly need it to - can't fault it.
- Put aside a week to learn how to use it

+ Very good for use on email, I found the battery life lasts a while, but it does go down fast when speaking on it for long periods, but has been very good when using it for email and texts. The size of the phone is reasonable. One of the best phones I have had.
- You may need another battery if you use your phone a lot for talk time

E-mail facility is great - constantly in touch with office.
Love the qwerty keyboard - great for email and text.
Very stylish and compact.
-
It was tricky initially to synchronise my office e-mail to the device - had to make numerous phonecalls before I got through to the right department. Could do with better guidance how to do this / who to contact.
Some options / setting are tricky to ginf in the main menue area.

+ It does everything well and is a neat small package
- The key pad is a bit of a fiddle.
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ It is a blackberry but looks more like a phone and is small. Also it had good internet facilities and storage space and battery life.
- Key pad is difficult to get used to.
purchased 01 Dec 2008
+ Everything in it is great !
- But its hard to actually get started!
purchased 24 Apr 2008
+ the phone is great, the screen is clear, its easy to text with.
- getting used to the buttons
purchased 07 Jan 2009
+ The wifi connector is quite powerful an connects to a weak wifi sight that my lap top struggles with
- The operating system is rubbish and I can never find how to administer or change the settings. Plus the real reason for a blackberry is the email an I haven't yet managed to receive one, where my Iphone connected straight away and will allow me to get my email anytime I like.

- Complicated to get linked up to email, which was the reason I chose it.
purchased 16 Jan 2008
+ Love the updates of email and facebook
- Can be awkward to navigate at times
purchased 12 Jan 2009
+ Email, QWERTY keyboard (once you get used to it), reasonably easy to use.
- Battery life, battery meter is a bit off putting as you think you have less life than you actually have!
purchased 06 Mar 2009
+ Email and messaging very good, like the organiser feature and reminders.
- Camera is rubbish and the battery is not too good on talktime. Standby time is fine.
