- Cannot receive bluetooth, only send. Cannot change ringtone for one of my choice unless I use Internet on phone which is to expensive. Cannot change message tone.Battery loose's power to quickly and always needs charging after a few phone calls.

- address book is chronic it makes multiple entries for the same person and it is not possible to see from the list of names which is the mobile number and which is work , synchronise with outlook doesnt fix this either. sms over bluetooth doesnt work to tom tom

+ Good thing is what RIM and blackberry do well and have for years and that is push email.

- The media player is not great and i cannot easily download tracks to it and use it as an mp3 player. I also find the device has WAP download limitations.

- well about bad point:-no perfect navigation when u go into setting and might be its defence on software.
The formate of some folders are not good like old MS Dos fromate.(setting,call Log and massages)

- The roller ball is tiny and not very robust - i'm pretty sure it will break - hopefully this will happen before and not after the guarantee runs out. Very complicated to use and directs to options menu when there isn't one. Help is useless unless you know the exact jargon that it used.

+ the good points about this phone is it just seems to have everything i want in a phone and l will certainly be upgrading in the near future to a newer version of the blackberry

- speaker phone could be clearer as sometimes its hard to hear clearly and sometimes when dailing it takes a while for them to hear my voice after connection has been made.I normally say hello about 3 times before they hear me..
