+ Brought my carpet back to life, bring back up the pile and colour.

- If you don't locate the hose attachment correctly back on hooks, you get sprayed with water solution when the trigger is accidently pressed by the locking mechanism.

- very heavy and i thought it would perform miracles but unfortunately it doesn't

+ Water and fluid in seperate tanks, no mixing. Good range of tools, manual tool really shifts the dirt. Simple controls. Machine easy to move about on a flat surface.

- Tools can get knocked off the machine. Hose not quite long enough for a standard set of stairs. It's a bit heavy to get upstairs.

+ An excellent deep clean, brightens and refreshes even the kids marks

- must be aware of suction safety cut out that will stop you sucking up any more dirty water if it is activated.
So must keep an eye on the safety flap not being in operation. You only have to turn the machine off and then back on again but you need to be aware that it cuts in when you move the machine around too quickly

+ Does a thorough job. Not as heavy as I thought it might be.

+ It does clean very well, I have got cream coloured carpet in the lounge and with 2 young children whom always leave dirty marks. I am very pleased with the result, but the first time I cleaned the lounge carpet took 3 hours, very hard work, but worth it in the end. I cleaned it at night time (when the kids are in bed), the carpet was dry in the morning.

- It is quite a heavy machine, for a 5ft tall housewife like me, it was very hard work pushing and pulling the lever to release the solution onto the carpet.

+ Very easy to use and the detergent is kept in it's own compartment so there's no mixing needed.

- Quite heavy.
