+ Wet cleans reasonably well,although heavy and awkward to use. Vacuums up liquids well but heavy to use as dry (vacuum) cleaner.

- Cleaning backwards out of a room to avoid crossing cleaned areas means having to move the machine backwards when it is designed to be pulled forwards. It's awkward to use. Heavy. Foam filter clogged quickly. Dripped water when moved to storage.

+ very good product it's easy to assemble. Washed, cleaned and dried up all excess water perfectly from my carpet. No need to open my windows or doors and wait for hours to keep my carpet dry. I would recommend it to everybody.

nothing else i,ve used is as good, shame it's let down by minor points.Wouldn't be without it though.Would still recommend it to friends and relatives.

- Hose sections difficult to seperate ,hose easilly tangled ,clip for filter cover flimsey, should be one one each side.Heavy to carry , Very noisy in use .

+ Good cleaner and excellent value. You can see a big difference even with dry vac as the dirt sits in the water.

- Very heavy. Hose kinks so machine has to be kept at a particular distance to stop it.

+ Very easy to use, for both wet and dry cleaning. It does wet clean the carpets wel removing all dirt and is not hard labour. Dry cleaning works like a normal vacuum.
Lots of adaptors and chambers and stuff, but all makes loical sense.

- Hose tends to kink a bit. Not made from the best quality plastic, but does the job well.

- Rather weak fittings, tube easily kinked, quite heavy, not very good for long staircases.

+ I use this only to wash floors and fabrics. My highest praise; for once something does the job for which it is intended (I've thrown out many) and is far easier to use than the manual implies. What more could you ask?

- It has a long hose (good point!) that feels somewhat like wrestling an oversized slinky in the sink when I rinse it out. A very minor down side/

- The water system for filtration may seem a good idea but it makes my wife feel sick everytime she empties it (which must be after every use). If they could use a paper bag for everyday use this would be the ultimate machine. Oh and a bit heavy to carry but does have a long hose.

+ It is really worth many I paid. I have 3 children and 2 cats, so there is a lots of dirt on my carpets, but this has an incredible suction. Gets the carpets really clean and picks up cat's hair efficiently. There are plenty of attachments for every surface: hard floor, upholstery.
