+ The suction and what it picks up from the carpet is amazing. Even after vacuuming with another model first it picked up loads more from the carpet.
- The turbo brush and stair cleaner can be difficult to get off and on the machine but once off they work fantastically well.

+ overall the product is very good. It picks up more dirt and hair than any other cleaner that I've used before. Really like the turbo brush of rugs curtains and the sofa. very easy to empty and clean the filter.
- It is a little heavy and loud
